I wanted to share with you an ongoing privately funded project I have been working on for the last 10 years. When I first started in the industry I made a 55 minute travel film about Yorkshire - simply pretty pictures of all of Yorkshire's best places set to music and narration, which I then sold to tourists.

Since then I have made another four other films, and now have my own cottage industry filming, editing and supplying DVDs about the Yorkshire region to the Yorkshire Tourist Board, Dalesman, Amazon, Play.com and various other retailers.

I call it a hobby, because I squeeze in the odd spare 'day off' throughout the year filming nice images in Yorkshire. It's all done at my own pace and it gets me out into the fantastic countryside we have here in Yorkshire - ahhh bliss!
